Passover Seder

Our Passover Seder is sold out, please join us for another event soon

Join us for our anti-zionist seder to explore the theme: Remembering What We Forget

What: The seder is our ritual meal to explore the story of liberation. There will be songs, conversation, and space for personal and collective meaning-making. Expect a mix of tradition and connections to our current political moment.

This year’s theme: Remembering What We Forget

It’s hard to be in this moment. The seder invites us to be present by taking a look back.

Can we glance in the rearview mirror to figure out how we got here? Can we wade through our collective memory to find moments of clarity?

The seder is a way to learn from and actively shape our story. The Exodus has always been both mythology and prophecy of ultimate liberation.

Who: All are welcome. No experience needed! To see more on who this is for, check out our questions + answers.

Food: Dinner prepared by Allison Ho. Kosher for Passover, gluten-free, vegan meal.

Cost: Suggested $46-72 contribution or whatever works for you. For more on why this costs money, please see our questions + answers. 10% of money gathered goes to mutual aid in Palestine.

Location: Home in North Berkeley, address sent following registration.

Access info: We appreciate everyone’s flexibility to make our event more accessible. The house is on a medium-sized hill. There are two steps up to the front door and one step up to the back porch. We will have chairs of different sizes + without arms. Please note that a cat lives in this home.

We are meeting outside and attendees will be able to mask or unmask at different tables. Please stay home if you are sick. Feel free to share your needs with us in the registration form and we will do what we can to accommodate. Thanks, all.
