Join us for our *new* monthly nigun circle.
A traditional meditative practice of wordless melodies that calm and strengthen our collective nervous system.
-
Sometimes, words get in the way.
A nigun is a wordless, simple song, originating from 18th century Jewish mystical Hasidism. Example here.
When sung tougher, these songs become an elevating spiritual portal.
They help us calm the chatter of our lives and access our collective beyond words. They can help us be present to what is. And return to our lives and movements with strength and patience.
